Complainant: Nitesh Ghos s/o- Nemai Ghosh of Sports
Zone, Khudiram Pally, PS- Siliguri.
P.O- Shop of the complainant.
Brief: On the written complainant of Nitesh Ghosh s/o- Nemai Ghosh of Sports Zone, Khudiram Pally, PS- Siliguri Dist.
Darleeing  to the effect that since three
months one Suzan Subba s/o- Santh Bahadur Subba and Akash Ruchal both resident
of Kurseong worked as stuff in his shop. On 25.12.14 Suzan Subba discontinued
his work and on 15.01.15 Akash Ruchal discontinued his work. After that the
complainant checked his stock of sports goods and found that a quantity of
Badminton racket, Roller skates, Anklet, Iron Plates and Cottler, Football Stud
boot Polaris, Badminton net, Badminton feather, T.T. Balls etc are missing. The
complainant have doubt on the above noted two persons had committed theft of
those articles.

Stand, Siliguri.
Brief: On the written complainant of Dinabandhu
Barman S/O Shri Dinesh Barman of Jaysadpur, Ralakata, P.O& P.S Falakata,
Dist. Alipurduwar to the effect that on 19.1.2015 at about 02:30 hrs  complainant arrived at Bagragot  Vegitable Market near Bus Stand with vehicle
for unloading Vegetables. At that time one Biswanath Kriteniya (26) S/O Dhoni
Ram Kriteniya Khudiram Colony P.S Siliguri Dist. Darjeeling with Raj Roy (25)
S/o –Jiwan Roy of Bagrakot area appeared before him and after assaulting him
they taken away cash Rs. 900- from his pocket after assaulting him.

Brief:
On the written complainant of SI Dawa
Jambo Sherpa of Siliguri PS, SMP to the effect that today on 22.01.15in between
19.30 hrs to 20.00 hrs on persuasion of secret source information the
complainant along with other officers and forces had been to 2 No. Lane
Goalapatty, PS- Siliguri in the scrap  shop
of Niroj Khan and arrested 4 accused persons (i) Niroj Khan (ii) Debabrata
Mandal (iii) Tukai Manna and (iv) Khokan Karmakar all c/o- Najiv Khan of 2 No.
Lane Goalapatty, Siliguri along with stolen articles (i) Cable wires [Bronz]
approx-8 Kg, (ii) Cable wire [metal] approx- 26 Kg worth value Rs. 6000/-. On
interrogation the accused persons confessed their guild and admit that they had
stolen the cable wires from Siliguri area. Accordingly the SI seized the same
u/s 102 Cr.PC in presence of local witnesses and brought the arrested accused
along with seized articles at PS.

Complainant: SI Dawa Jamboo Sherpa of Siliguri
Police Station, SMP.
P.O- Natunpara ward no 5, Siliguri.
Brief: On the written complainant of  SI Dawa Jamboo Sherpa of Siliguri Police
Station, SMP to the effect that today on 25.01.15 at
08.35  hrs in pursuance of secret source
information he along with others officer and forces had been to Natunpara ward
no 5, Siliguri and on being pointed out by the source  they apprehended two person namely (i)  Yubhraj Adhikary (24) s/o Sambhu Adhikary of
Folimari Boxirhat PS- Boxirhat, Dist. Coochbehar and (ii)  Ram Krishna Sarkar (20) s/o Anil Sarkar of
South Shantinagar, PS- Bhaktinagar, Dist. Jalpaiguri.  On being searched they recovered one black
puma school bag which was containing Ganja weigh about 4 Kg 600 gram from their
possession. On demand they failed to produce any valid
documents/license in respect of carrying/possessing Gan
