D.O: On 05/07/24 in between 01.05 hrs to 02.00 hrs.Gist of FIR: Started over written complaint of SI Gautam Mallik of Pradhan Nagar P.S/SPC to the effect that on 04/07/24 as per source information he along with force held a raid near SavinKingdam,Dagapur,P.S. Pradhan Nagar, Dist. Darjeeling and managed to apprehend (i) Francis Kispotta (M/33) (ii) AbhishekOraon (M/19), (iii) GoutamMahato (M/30), (iv) Amit Singh (M/19) and (v) Sudesh Khati (M/27) and recovered (a) 01 automatic small fire arm (Pistol) measuring 19 cm (approx) in length with trigger, trigger guard, striking hammer, striking pin in working condition loaded with 02 (two`) round live ammunition (b) one iron made Khukri measuring approx 14 inches (c) one iron made Sarasi (d) one iron made sharp cutting weapon locally called as “Dagger” and (e) one iron made sharp cutting weapon locally called as “Khukri” from their individual possession. On interrogation the alleged Francis Kispotta failed to produce any supportive document of the said improvised fire arm and live ammunition and there is strong reason to believe that the said alleged persons are desperate and dangerous in nature, and they were carrying the said fire arm ,ammunitions and other dangerous weapons with an ill motive to commit heinous crime at Dagapur and its surrounding area. Accordingly, SI Gautam Mallik seized the weapons with proper videography and arrested the noted persons. IO: SI Bandhan Roy. Arrest: 06.
