Bhaktinagar PS Case No 437/24 Dated 19.05.2024 U/S- 457/427/ 325/379/506/120B IPC has been registered over the written Complaint of Swami Shivapremananda, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission Ashram, Mission Road, Ashram Para, PS- Kotwali, District- Jalpaiguri and the Authorized Signatory & Constituent Attorney of Ramakrishna Mission, a registered society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Act No XXI of 1860) and deemed to have been registered under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961 (Act No XXVI of 1961) having its registered office at and under Post Office Belur Math, Police Station- Bally, District Howrah, to the effect that at all material times and still Ramakrishna Mission is the owner in possession in respect of the property known as 'Sewak House', situated at 4th Mile, Sevoke Road, being a two- storied building and the land underneath measuring about 1.59 acres equivalent to 97 Cottahs, more or less comprised in R.S Khatian No. 219/1, 745/1 and 701/11 appertaining to R.S. Plot Nos. 110/192, 111/170 and 111 corresponding to L.R. Plot No 3 in R.S. Sheet No 05 corresponding to L.R. Sheet No 4 of Mouza Dabgram, under J.L. No 2, Touzi No. 3, Paragana Baikanthapur, PS-Bhaktinagar (formerly Rajganj PS), District - Jalpaiguri (W.B) (.) The said property has duly been demarcated by the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Rajganj Block, District Jalpaiguri in compliance of the solemn order dated 12.03.2024 passed by His Lordship the Hon'ble Justice Biswajit Basu in WPA No 2812 of 2023 and by confirming the possession of Ramakrishna Mission the concerned land authority submitted his report in the said matter (.) Ramakrishna Mission while in enjoyment of the said property all on a sudden on 19.05.2024 at about 3.30 AM one Pradip Roy S/o Late Kanthalsing Roy and Bidyeswari Roy residing at Salugara (Angshik) of Ward No-42 SMC, Sevoke Road, PO-Salugara, PS-Bhaktinagar by hiring and conniving with 10/12 anti-social muscle men and by forming an unlawful assembly trespassed into Sewak House by topping the ramparts and assaulted their men and security guards (.) The said miscreants snatched away the mobile phones of security guards, damaged the CCTV cameras and assaulted them and left the place took away the mobile phones and threatened their men and security guards with dire consequences (.)
