Roy of Ambari-Falakata OP under PS- Bhorer Alo, SPC who in producing three accused persons namely (i) Raja Sharma (32) s/o Late Tulshi Sharma of Ratanlal Basty, Ward No. 01, PO+PS Pradhan Nagar, Dist. Darjeeling (not verified) (ii) Md. Chottu (30) s/o Late Md. Anwar of Mallaguri, Ratanlal Basty, Ward No. 01, PO+PS Pradhan Nagar, Dist. Darjeeling (not verified) and (iii) Mastan Mamun (27) s/o Masaraf Hossain of Samsia Telipar, PS Kushmandi, Dist. Dakshin Dinajpur, A/P- Behind Durga Mandir, Kadamtala, PS Matigara, Dist. Darjeeling (not verified) under arrest along with [i] One (01) white color plastic sack containing one brown color cartoon box which includes One Hundred and Sixty (160) Bottles of R- Kuff+ Chloropheniramine Melate & Codeine Phosphate Syrup (each bottle containing 100 ml having batch no. TBHW-0177, Mfg 02/23, Exp. 01/25, MRP Rs. 175/- only) recovered from the exclusive and conscious possession of Raja Sharma and marked as “Exhibit - A”, [ii] One (01) white color plastic sack containing brown color cartoon box, which includes Ninety Seven (97) Bottles Triprolidine Hydrochloride & Codeine Phosphate Cough Syrup Phensedyl (each bottle containing 100 ml having batch no. PHD23143, Mfg Nov/23, Exp. Jan/25, MRP Rs. 205.48/- only) recovered from the exclusive and conscious possession of Md. Chottu and marked as “Exhibit-B” and [iii] One (01) white color plastic sack containing brown color cartoon box, which includes One Hundred (100) Bottles Triprolidine Hydrochloride & Codeine Phosphate Cough Syrup Phensedyl (each bottle containing 100 ml having batch no. PHD24040, Mfg Jan/24, Exp. Mar/25, MRP Rs. 205.48/- only) recovered from the exclusive and conscious possession of Mastan Mamun and marked as “Exhibit-C” under proper seizure lodged a written complaint to the effect that on 08.05.2024 at 14.25 hrs onwards acting on source information he along with his accompanied officers and force detained above noted accused persons at Canal Road near Flyover Bridge under Bhorer Alo PS, SPC and recovered the above noted narcotic contrabands from their exclusive and conscious possession.
