Bhaktinagar PS Case No 358/24 Dated 27.04.2024 U/S 21(c)/22(c)/29 of NDPS Act has been registered over the written Complaint of SI Youel Lepcha (Mob No-7076440384) S/o Jai Tshering Lepcha of Bhaktinagar PS to the effect that on 27.04.24 at about 16:05 hrs he received a specific source input that two persons possessing huge quantity of Narcotic Drugs waiting at Roy Colony more for selling the same to their designed customers for their wrongful gain (.) Accordingly, as per direction of superion he along with other officers and force left from PS with all required instruments and being pointed by his source cordoned the place from every corner and managed to detain the suspected persons who disclosed their identity as i) Nurul Islam (34) S/o Lt. Afzul Dafadar of Gayesh bari Kaliachow, PO-Gayeshbari, PS Kaliachowk, Dist Malada ii) Sajiul Sheikh @ Samir (39) S/o Lt. Najarudin Sheikh of Jaluwabadhal, PO-J,B Mallick para, PS-Kaliachowk, Dist Malda (.) On interrogation they admitted that they illegally possessed brown sugar for selling the same to their designed customers as per their requirement (.) On search in presence of independent witnesses and special Executive Magistrate Shri Debasish Bose, WBPS, ACP DD, SPC recovered 1) One transparent plastic packet containing total 293.560 grams suspected to be Brown sugar wrapped by black plastic carry bag which was kept inside of black colour office bag style as “UNIVERSAL” 2) One white colour Samsung key pad mobile having IMEI No 858800076681692/ 358801076681690 containing sim no 7431967045 3) One Black color Nokia key pad mobile having IMEI No 357656139865093/3, containing sim no 7319482900 4) One black colour office bag style as “UNIVERSAL” from their exclusive possessions (.) On demand, they failed to produce any documents or license in support of possessing of the said articles (.) Accordingly, the complainant seized the above mentioned articles under proper seizure list and arrested both the accused persons after observing all rules and formalities (.)
