Bhorer Alo PS Case No 70/2024 Dated 12.04.2024 U/S 25 (1)(a)/35 of Arms Act has been registered over the written complaint of SI Chetan Dangal of Ambari Falakata OP under PS-Bhorer Alo to the effect that on 12.04.2024 at around 15:25 hrs onwards acting on source information he recovered and seized one iron made improvised small firearms (Revolver) loaded with one round live ammunition along with one Tata Nexon vehicle bearing Regd. No WB 74 BR/8509 at Sitaguri near Royal Petrol Pump, PS- Bhorer Alo from the conscious possession of accused [1] Ashim Sarkar (34) S/o Santosh Kumar Sarkar of Jitpur-I, PS- Dinhata, Dist Coochbehar, A/P- Idol Complex, Flat No G-1, Gate No 01, Opposite Coochbehar Club, PS- Kotwali, Dist Coochbehar and [2] Bhola Roy (55) S/o Lt. Ganapati Roy of 1 No Kalighat Road near Station Para, Mal Gudam, PS- Kotwali, Dist- Coochbehar in presence of independent witnesses (.)
