Matigara PS Case No- 235/24, Dated- 06/04/24, U/S – 21 (c) of NDPS Act,- Started over the written complaint of PSI Avijit Banik of Matigara PS SPC who produced one arrested accused person namely Mithun Mahato (35), S/O Lt. Ramchandra Mahato of Bidhanpally, Ward No. 10, PS- Dalkhola, Dist- Uttar Dinajpur along with (i) One plastic transparent packet containing 469 grams suspected to be brown sugar (ii) One Hero I-Tel keypad mobile Phone (Blue) having Airtel SIM No. 8991000920689744770 (iii) One cotton bag marked as Super Dresses, (iv) One used red and white colour handkerchief, and (v) One “Balwan” marked Tombaku packet to the effect that on 06.04.2024 at 16:15 hrs acting on source information he seized the above noted brown sugar along with other articles and arrested the above noted accused person from Phansidewa Under Pass for contravening the norms of NDPS Act (.)
