D.O: On 21/04/24 in between 20.20 hrs to 21.30hrs (.) Gist of FIR: Started over written Complaint of SI Gautam Mallick of Pradhan Nagar P.S/SPC to the effect that on 21/04/24 as per source information he along with force held a raid at Culipara, P.S. Pradhan nagar, Dist. Darjeeling and managed to apprehend one namely Arjun Prasad (22 yrs) S/O Shib Kumar Prasad @ Bata of Surya Sen Colony, Mallaguri, Ward No-01, PS- Pradhan Nagar, Dist.- Darjeeling with 01 (One) improvised small fire arm measuring 30 cm in length with one trigger, striking hammer, and striking pin in working condition , which he kept concealed in his waist under his shirt and three (03) live ammunitions which were kept in right pocket of his half pant and there is strong reason to believe that the said accused person namely Arjun Prasad (22 yrs) S/O Shib Kumar Prasad @ Bata of Surya Sen Colony, Mallaguri, Ward No-01, PS- Pradhan Nagar, Dist.- Darjeeling is desperate and dangerous in nature, and he was carrying the said Fire arm ammunitions with an ill motive to commit heinous crime in the locality(.) On interrogation he failed to produce any document in support of the said improvised fire arms and live ammunition(.) Accordingly SI Gautam Roy seized the fire arm and ammunition and arrested the noted person (.) The seizure was done in between 20.20 hrs to 21.30hrs (.) IO: SI Abu Taleb (.) Arrest: 01 (.)
