D.O: On 10/04/24 in between 01.15 hrs to 01.45 hrs (.)Gist of FIR: Started over the written Complaint of SI Bandhan Roy of Pradhan Nagar PS, SPC to the effect that on 10.04.24 at around 00.45 hrs as per source information he detained one TOTO (E – Ricksaw) displaying number plate WB/73/F/6471 at Pokaijote and found two persons inside the TOTO. On being asked they disclosed their identity as (i) Karthick Das (30) S/O Krishnapada Das of Bou Bazar, Samar Nagar, PS. Bhaktinagar, Dist. Jalpaiguri and (ii) Sanjib Das (36) S/O Sujit Das of Samar Nagar, Battala, PS Pradhan Nagar, Dist. Darjeeling. On demand they failed to prodeuce any documents in respect of the said deain Toto. On interrogation they give different statement in different time but finally confessed their guilt and disclosed that on the night of 08.04.24 they have stolen the said Toto from Prakash Nagar Under PS- Bhakti Nagar, Dist. Jalpaiguri area. Accordingly, SI Bandhan Roy seized the said stolen Toto and arrested them and brought to Pradhan Nagar PS (.) IO: ASI Manoj Kr Roy (.)
