Jalpaiguri.DO :- On 06.02.2024 in between 11.35 hrs to 14-15 hrs. Started over the written complaint SI Tanmay Kundu of NJP PS , Siliguri Police Commissionerate against arrested two accused persons 1) Alam Md (31) s/o Dhanibulla Md of Akharigach Balaram PS Bhorer Alo Dist. Jalpaiguri and (2) Rafikul Islam (28) S/o Md Najrul of Shalbari Purano Busty PS Pradhannagar Dist. Darjeeling to the effect that on 16.02.24 at about 17.25 hrs on received a secret source of information the complainant along with other officers and force left for the spot to verify the veracity of the information vide corresponding NJP PS G.D.E. No. 849 dtd 16.02.24 and NJP PS M.C.C No- 299/24 Dt.16.02.24. At about 17.40 hrs at near Biswa Bangla Shilpi hat under NJP PS by Govt. vehicle bearing No. WB-77-4092 and started Spl. Naka checking on AH-02 to upcoming all the black colour Motorcycle from the side of Shivmandir, Siliguri and on identified by the source we gave signal to stop one Black colour Motorcycle with rider, but on seeing police said Motorcycle try to flee away from there, we somehow managed to detained the said Motorcycle without number plate with apprehended the above noted two persons on AH-02 near Biswa Bangla Shilpa Hat under NJP PS. Under the supervision of Sri Moksedur Rahaman ,ACP, West-I, SPC and in presence of independent witnesses the complainant recovered and seized (1) One transparent plastic packet in containing 102 grams (One hundred two) said to be brown sugar ( Heroin) , Marked as Exhibit- A which recovered from the possession of accused person Rafikul Islam and Alam Md out of which 10 (ten) gram collected from the Mother packet as sample , Marked as Exhibit – A1 (ii) One Motorcycle black colour Pulsar, 180 without number plate , Ch. No. MD2A120Y7HCH64433 and En. No. DJYCHH30046 seized from the possession of Alam Md and (iii) One Android Mobile styled as VIVO Blue colour alongwith Sim card bearing No. 8942906703 and (iv) One Android Mobile styled as VIVO Black colour alongwith Sim card bearing Mobile No. 8927525133 from the possession of the apprehended persons under proper seizure list and labeled and sealed all the articles in presence of Sri Moksedur Rahaman ,ACP, West-I, SPC .Then the complainant arrested the above noted two accused persons u/s- 41 CrPC as the accused persons violated the terms and condition of NDPS Act.
