Bhorer Alo PS Case No. 37/2024 Dt. 18.02.2024, U/S- 18(c)/25/29 of NDPS ACT: Started on the basis of written complaint of SI- Sangay Lama Tamang of Special Task Force, WB, HQ at Siliguri the effect that on 18.02.2024 at about 13:45 hrs acting on source information he along with his accompanied officers and force detained three accused persons namely (i) Liton Pal (34) S/O- Sri Badal Pal of vill- Pratappur, P.O+ PS-Chuchure, Dist- Hoogly (ii) Nuruddin Dafadar (31) S/O- Sohar Ali of Vill- Sathigachha, P.O+ PS- Ranaghat, Dist- Nadia and (iii) Debasish Das @ Rinku ( 35) S/O- Nepal Das of Aistola, P.O+ PS- Ranaghat, Dist- Nadia at NH-27 infront of Bus stand towards Siliguri from Jalpaiguri near Bandhunagar Bazar, Ambar- Falakata OP, PS- Bhorer Alo, Dist- Jalpaiguri and recovered [1] One transparent plastic carry bag containing black coloured sticky tar like substance believed to be opium weighing 1.231 Kgs marked as Exhibit -A., [2] One transparent plastic carry bag containing black coloured sticky tar like substance believed to be opium weighing 1.084 Kgs marked as Exhibit –B [Total weight of 2.315 kgs] and other incriminating articles.
