Matigara PS Case No 66/2024 Dated 30.01.2024 U/S 21 (C) of NDPS Act. Started over the written complaint of SI Sailesh Subba of Matigara PS who producing one arrested accused person namely Ratan Biswas (48) S/o Madhab Biswas of MES Colony, PS- Bagdogra along with (i) One transparent Zip lock plastic pouch containing 256 grams said to be brown sugar, (ii) One OPPO Reno Mobile Phone having IMEI No 860527045536715 and IMEI 2-860527045536704, (iii) One black colour Royal Enfield Bike bearing Regd. No. WB 74 BF/0427 having Chassis No ME3U3S5F2MB10634 to the effect that on 30.01.2024 at 02:25 hrs acting on source information he seized the above noted brown sugar along with other articles observing all formalities and also arrested the above noted accused person at Chandmuni, Hospital more under Matigara PS area for contravening the norms of NDPS Act (.)
