Started over the written complaint of SI Uday Sankar Mandal of Panitanki TOP under Siliguri PS to the effect that on 06.01.2024 at around 20.05 hrs acting on a tip of secret source information he along with force detained one two wheeler white colour BARGMEN STREET Suzuki Scooty Bearing Regd. No-“WB74/BJ/5961 at Mahakalally, behind Surya Sen Park, Mahananda river Bedwith two male persons namely (i) Koushik Saha (25) S/o Lt. Shibu Saha of Himachal Sarani, Ward No.- 40, PS- Bhaktinagar (ii) Monaj Roy (43) S/o Lt. Biren Ch. Roy of Himachal Sarani, Ward No- 40, PS- Bhaktinagar (.) On search in presence of Special Executive Magistrate Shri Shantanu Tarafar, ACP, AP, SPC and local witnesses recovered (i) 20 bottles of Triprolidine Hydrochloride and Codeine Phosphate Syrup styled as “BESCODEX” each bottle containing 100 ml ii) 02 bottles of Triprolidine Hydrochloride and Codeine Phosphate Syrup styled as “BESCODEX” each bottle containing 100 ml (iii) 40 vials of Diazepam Injection IP Style as NRX contain 2 ml (iv) 40 vials of Buprenorphine Injection IP style as LUPIGESIC containing 2 ml (v) 40 vials of Promethozine Hydrochloride Injection IP style as PHENERGEN containing 2 ml (vi) 09 vials of Diazepam Injection IP, Buprenorphine Injection IP, Promethozine Hydrochloride Injection IP (vii) 01 white Colour BARGMEN STREET Suzuki Scooty Bearing registration No.- “WB74/BJ/5961 (.) (viii) One white color carry bag style as “NEW BISWARUPA”(.) On demand they failed to produce any satisfactory replied or documents and license on support of possessing of huge quantity above noted articles (.)
