New Jalpaiguri PS Case No 13/2024 Dated 06.01.2024 U/S 22(c)/25/29 of NDPS Act. Started over the written complaint of SI Samik Paul of new Jalpaiguri PS to the effect that on 06.01.2024 at 14.10 hrs received a specific source input that two persons with one Honda Motorcycle bearing Regd. No WB 74 AR/6263 is coming from Medical More towards Naukaghat with a view to clandestine disposal of Contraband Drugs (injection) to their designated customer for their illegal gain and the deal will be held at Viswa Bangla Shilpi hat under NJP PS area (.) Accordingly as per direction of O.C. PS SI Samik Paul along with other officers and force had been to Viswa Bangla Shilpi hat and apprehended two persons who disclosed their identity as 1) Sandip Biswas @ Chotan (47) S/o Sanat Biswas of Jaiswal Handi Mutton, Bidhan Road, near Hotel, Dolly Inn, PS Siliguri and 2) Swarup Biswas @ Bubai (41) S/o Kartik Biswas of Ashrampara, Rajib more, Ward No-14, PS Siliguri and recovered 1) 01 Packet of Diazepam injection IP, batch No. 6218, manufactured in India by Vulcan laboratory Pvt. Ltd. Containing 50 injection 2) 01 Packet of Diazepam injection IP, batch No. 6218, manufactured in India by Vulcan laboratory Pvt. Ltd. Containing 50 injections 3) 01 Packet of Diazepam injection IP, batch No. 6218, manufactured in India by Vulcan laboratory Pvt. Ltd. Containing 50 injections 4) 01Packet of Diazepam injection IP, batch No. 6218, manufactured in India by Vulcan laboratory Pvt. Ltd. Containing 50 injection 5) 01 Packet of Diazepam injection IP, batch No. 6218, manufactured in India by Vulcan laboratory Pvt. Ltd. Containing 50 injection 6) 01 brown colour packet containing 140 pieces injection RX Promethazine hydrochloride injection I.P 7) One white colour packet containing 100 pieces of injection 8) One white colour packet containing 100 pieces of injection 9) One black colour Honda Motorcycle bearing No. WB 74 AR/6263. 10) One Android VIVO Mobile phone from the possession of above noted accused persons in presence of Gazetted officer Sri Rajen Kumar Chhetri, WBPS, ACP, DD, SPC detailed for acting as Special Executive Magistrate as well as independent witnesses (.) On interrogation in presence of Gazetted officer they failed to produce any valid document in support of possessing/procurement of said Contraband Drugs (injection) which was recovered from their possession (.)
