Started over the written complaint of ASI Biplab Kr Das of Pradhannagar PS, SPC to the effect that on 04-01-2024 in between 22.45 hrs. and 23.30 hrs as per source information he arrested one accused namely Sanjok Rai (29) S/o Jiwan Rai of Ranjju Valley, PO- Manpoo, PS- Rangli Rangliot, Dist. Darjeeling and seized (i) One paper made cartoon containing 13 bottles of Carlsberg Premium Elephant Strong Beer containing 650 Ml in each bottle i.e. total (13 x 650)= 8.450 liters, (ii) One paper made cartoon containing 11 bottles of Heineken Lager Beer containing 650 Ml in each bottle i.e. total (11 x 650)= 7.150 liters, (iii) One paper made cartoon containing 16 bottles of Budweiser Magnum Beer containing 500 ml in each bottle i.e. total (16 x 500) = 8 ltrs (iv) 01 bottle Mansion House French Brandy containing 750 ml.(v) 01 bottle of Old Monk XXX Premium rum containing 750 Ml (vi) 01 paper made small cartoon containing 04 bottles of BRO Code Kraft Sekt containing 375 Ml in each bottle i.e. total (4 x 375)= 1.5 ltrs (Total -26.6 Ltrs ) (.)The owner of the shop styled as Rocktales Restaurant fled away from the spot (.)
