Bhaktinagar PS Case No 10/24 Dated 03.01.2024 U/S 21(b)/22(b)/25/29 of NDPS Act. Started over the written complaint of SI Rantu Haldar [Mob No-7501010778] S/o Manoranjan Haldar of Bhaktinagar PS to the effect that on 03.01.24 at about 19:15 hrs he received a specific source information that two persons standing with one motorcycle near Mandal Petrol pump, Eastern bypass under Bhaktinagar PS with huge quantity of Narcotics substances to sale the same to their designed customers for their wrongful gain (.) Accordingly, he along with other officers and force left from PS with all required instruments and at about 19:45 hrs they reached near Mandal Petrol pump, Eastern bypass and detained two persons who disclosed their identity as (1) Dipank Manal [30] S/o Lt. Mantu Mandal of Gandhi Nagar, Ward No-43, PO- Sevoke road, PS- Bhaktinagar and (2) Ankit Sharma [32] S/o Hariom Sharma of Bhupendra Nagar, Ward No-42, PS- Bhaktinagar with one Black & Red coloured Bajaj Avanger 220 Motorcycle bearing Regd. No WB 74AP/5470 (.) On search in presence of independent witnesses and special Executive Magistrate Sri Suraj Thakuri, ACP, E.B, SPC recovered [i] One transparent Plastic packet containing suspected to be Brown Sugar weighing approx 223 grms [ii] Black coloured SAMSUNG DUOS Mobile phone having IMEI No 353700116182443/01 and 353751116182446/01 recovered from the front side right pants pocket of Ankit Sharma [iii] One Black coloured SAMSUNG DUOS Mobile phone having IMEI No. 351801088120239/ 351802088120237 from the front side right pants pocket of Dipak Mandal (.) On interrogation, the detained persons confessed that, they procured the Narcotics Substances clandestinely for the purpose of selling to their designed Customers in order to earn huge money for their wrongful gain (.) On demand, they failed to produce any documents or license in support of possessing of the said articles (.) Accordingly, he seized the above mentioned articles and said motorcycle under proper seizure list and arrested both the accused persons after observing all rules and formalities (.)
