Bhaktinagar PS Case No 1080/23 Dated 08.12.2023 U/S 21(c)/22(c)/29 of NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint of PSI Koushik Raha S/o Jitendra Raha of Bhaktinagar PS to the effect that on 08.12.23 at about 15:05 hrs, he received a reliable source input that two male persons are coming at P.C. Mittal Bus stand in front of Bijay F.L shop with huge quantity of brown Sugar for delivering the same to their designed customers for their wrongful gain (.) Accordingly, he along with other officers and force left from PS with all required instruments at about 15:25 hrs they reached at P.C Mittal Bus Stand in front of Bijay F.L on shop and detained two persons who disclosed their name and identity as (1) Md. Jahangir [33] S/o Md. Jafir of Jhankar More Koila Depo, Near Madrasa, and (2) Rubel Mia [28] S/o Kaiful Seikh of Dusotobighi more, PO- Dusotobighi, PS- Kaliachak, Dist- Malda and on search in presence of independent witnesses and special Executive Magistrate Sri Gyalsen Lepcha, ACP (East-II)), SPC recovered [i] One transparent zipper plastic containing 284 grams said to be Brown Sugar from right pants pocket of accused Md. Jahangir, [ii] One transparent zipper plastic containing 287 grams said to be Brown Sugar from the left pant pocket of accused Rubel Mia (.) On interrogation, they admitted that they procured the Narcotics Substances clandestinely for the purpose of selling to their designed Customers in order to earn huge money for their wrongful gain (.) On demand, they failed to produce any documents or license in support of possessing of the said articles (.) Accordingly, he seized the same and one VIVO mobile having IMEI No- (I) 866807064400295 & IMEI (II) 866807064400287 and one NOKIA key pad mobile having serial no 357749100234955 under proper seizure list and arrested them (.)
