Nimai Dalapati of Champasari near Circuit House, PS- Pradhan Nagar, Dist- Darjeeling to the effect that, on 10.11.23 at about 18.00 hours his friend namely Arun Bansal parked his Scooty bearing registration No.WB 74 V/1399 outside of Acropolis Mall under Bhaktinagar PS.
