Narayan Arjya of Baikuntha Pally, Ward No. 41, PS- Bhaktinagar, Dist- Jalpaiguri to the effect that, on 29.12.23 at about 14.30 hours he parked his Scooty bearing registration No. WB 74AH/9056 near P.C Mittal Bus Stand under Bhaktinagar PS.
