Matigara PS Case No- 1052/2023, Dated– 24.12.2023, U/S- 21 (C)/22 (C) of NDPS Act Started over the written complaint of SIBiswajit Sarkar of Matigara P.S, SPC who producing one arrested accused person namely Ajay Chauhan @ Mocchu (25), S/O Lt. ShibDeb Chauhan of Baniakhari, Tripalijote, PO- Nemai, PS- Matigara, Dist- Darjeeling along with (i) Twenty (20) pieces of vial of NRXBuprenorphine Injection LUPIGESIC composition with Buprenorphine Hydrochloride 1P each vials containing 02 ML (Total 40 ML),(ii) Twenty (20) pieces of Vials of EX Promethazine Hydrochloride Injection IP PHENERGAN Injection which composition withhydrochloride 1P 25mg each containing 02 ML (Total 40ML), (iii) Twenty (20) pieces of vials of NRX DIAZEPAM Injection compositionwith Diazepam 1P 5gm each vials containing 02 ML (Total 40ML) and (iv) One red colour carry bag along with one white colourcartoon box to the effect that on 24.12.2023 at about 14:45 hrs acting on source information he seized the above articles and alsoarrested the above noted accused person near Lalpool Bridge at Himul under Matigara PS area for contravening the norms of NDPSAct (.)
