Bagdogra PS Case No: 425/23 Dtd-29/08/2023 U/S 376 D IPC was started over the written complaint of Sujata Tirkey ( 7501741972,9800859217,7063819538 ) D/O- Suher Tirkey of Farabari, Ghoshpukur, P.O-Kamala Bagan P.S Mandeb Singh to the effect that on 15-08-2023 she went to Gangaram Amtola with one person namely Atish ekka.on being reached there she noticed that two more persons namely Ankit Toppo of Hansqua and Suraj were present there. These three persons started to drink Beer and they forced her to take drink. After that they illegally touched her and torned her dress. Next morning some neighbour girl noticed her in undress and unconscious condition. They helped her to give dress. But on 16/08/23 her relative namely Nitin Toppo called her. She went with him and noticed that some persons namely Binol Kujur of Hansqua, Suraj Sobar, Ronit Sobar, Ankit Toppo already reached there .They all together sexually assaulted her (.)
