The fact of the case in berif is that Started instant case over the written complaint of Sri Dhiraj Saraf propiter of Dhiraj Motor godawn no 09, W/No-46, Opposite Akashbani Radio Centre Sevoke road, P.S- Bhaktinagar, Dist- Jalpaiguri to the effect that on 31.08.2022 he had locked the godawn and went to his home but on 01.09.2022 when he went to his Godawn he saw that his cash box was broken and there is no laptop & some cash from cash box. As per direct supervision of I/C Bhaktinagar PS secure shown arrest of one accused and recovered the stolen articles from his possession.
