Bhaktinagar PS Case No. 1016/22 dated 19.09.2022U/S 461/380 IPC.The fact of the case in brief is that Started instant case over the written complaint of Sri Vivek Shackshina S/o Lt. Nathmal Shackshina of Shree Kanta Apartment, Ramkrishna Road, Siliguri that on 13.09.2022 at night some unknown miscreant entered his shop by cutting the upper shutter at Avm Sales Corporation situated near Maa Sakti Kanta , Eastern By Pass, under Bhaktinagar PS and stolen away Cash Rs. Approx 35,000/= some silver coins and some Goods which were kept in the drawer. During investigation based on the secret source information the side noted officers under my direct supervision arrested two accused persons and recovered stolen articles from their possession.
