New Jalpaiguri Case No. 1049/2022 Dtd. 19.09.2022 U/S 21(C)/22(C) of N.D.P.S Act.1985 Started over the written complaint of PSI Pradeep Diyali of new Jalpaiguri PS to the effect that today on 19.09.2022 in between 19.55 Hrs and 21.45 Hrs acting on a tips of secret source information PSI Pradeep Diyali along with other officers and force had been to Jatiyakali More and apprehended one accused person namely . Azizar Rahaman (52) s/o Lt. Saifuddin Rahaman of Ramichock, PO- Shersai, PS- Kaliachock, Dist.- Maldah and recovered A) 10 (Ten) Packet of Nitrozepam Tablet IP style as Nitrosun 10 contains 05 strip in each packet [Total 10 X 05=50 Strip] marked Rupees- 59.50 in each packet market as Exhibit-“A”. B) 01 (One) Strip of Nitrozepam Tablet IP style as Nitrosun 10 taken as sample from Exhibit-“A” marked as Exhibit-“A1”, C) 33 (Thirty Three) bottle of Chlorphenire Makate & Codine Phosphate Syrup contain 100 ml in each bottle marked Rupees- 165.00 in each bottle marked as Exhibit- “B”, D) 01 [One] Bottle of Chlorphenire Makate & Codine Phosphate Syrup contain 100 ml taken as sample from exhibit-“B” marked as Exhibit-“B1”. E) One Black Color Bag style as Jansports from the possession of above noted accused persons in presence of Sri Santanu Tarafdar, WBPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, AP, Siliguri Police Commissionerate detailed for acting as Special Executive Magistrate of SPC as well as independent witnesses . On interrogation in presence of Gazetted officer Sri Santanu Tarafdar, WBPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, AP, Siliguri Police Commissionerate detailed for acting as Special Executive Magistrate, of SPC as well as independent witnesses he failed to produce any valid document in support of possessing of Contraband Drugs which he is carrying as well as without valid documents. Accordingly, SI Pradeep Diyali seized the same including after preparing proper seizure list, label and arrested the above noted person and informed him regarding the ground of arrest for violating the provision of NDPS Act in presence of Gazetted officer Sri Santanu Tarafdar, WBPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, AP, Siliguri Police Commissionerate as well as independent witnesses.
