Gist of FIR: On 27.09.22 written Complaint of SI Sibdhan Karmakar, S/O- Birendra Nath Karmakar of Pradhan Nagar Police Station, Siliguri Police Commissionerate to the effect that on 27.09.2022 at about 20:45 hrs he received source information that one person has possessed huge quantity of Codeine Phosphate drugs base Cough Syrup and roaming at Siliguri Regulated market under Pradhan Nagar PS in order to sale the same to his designed customers. Accordingly he informed I/C Pradhan nagar PS, SPC and as per the direction he along with officer and force of Pradhan Nagar PS rushed to the spot and called two independent witness(.) As identified by the source they cordoned and apprehended one Sayar Rokka (19) S/O. Ganesh Rokka of 11 No Dhaijan, P.S- Dhulabari , Dist- Mechi, Nepal in presence of Shri Rajen Chettri WBPS, ACP (D.D.) SPC detailed for acting as Special Executive Magistrate of SPC and independent witnesses conducted search and recovered and seized 1) 30(thirty) bottles of Chlorpheniramine Maleate & Codeine Phosphate Syrup style as “REXLEY COUGH SYRUP” each bottle containing 100 ml.”.2) One black and violate colour Pittu bag style as “Samson” 3) One black colour Max Don Vippo+ key Pad mobile from his possession under video graphy(.)
