Siliguri PS Case No 802/22 dated 20/08/22 U/S 21(c)/29 NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint of SI Basudeb Guha of Siliguri PS to the effect that on 20/08/22 at 14.15 hrs after receiving a source input and getting order from I/C Siliguri PS he along with other officer and lady officer had been to PNT Gully Jalpaimore, PS - Siliguri and detained two lady namely 1) Mania Khatoon W/O Atef Rahaman of Matigara Biswas Colony near Madrasa and 2) Saina Begum W/O Md. Mehrul of Matigara Biswas Colony (.) On search recovered 261 grams of Brown Sugar from Mania Khatoon and 265 grams Brown Sugar from Saina Begum and seized the articles in presence of witness, Executive Magistrate and lady Police personnel and arrested them accordingly (.)
