Siliguri PS Case No 799/22 Dated 19.08.2022 U/S 285/286 IPC r/w Sec 24/26 WBFS Act has been registered over the written complaint of SI Uttam Kr. Baghira of Siliguri PS to the effect that on 19/08/22 at 14.05 hrs during his patrolling van duty he received a source input and held raid at the Godwon of Habu Das at Hawkers Corner under siliguri PS area and detained one Tarun Ghosh @ Arun Ghosh (36) S/O Swapan Ghosh of Shivram Pally, Haiderpara, Ward No. 39, PS. Bhaktinagar and from there recovered and seized huge quantity illegal firecracker (.) On interrogation he failed to produce any document related to seized articles and arrested him accordingly (.)
