Siliguri PS (Panitanki TOP) Case No 750/22 Dated 06/08/22 U/S 21 (c)/22 (C) of NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint of SI Rana Brahma, Panitanki TOP under Siliguri PS that on 06.08.22 at 14.45 hrs he received an information that one couple storing and selling huge quantity of restricted drugs illegally from their house located at Ashrampara Saroda Mani Road, Bandhana Apartment, 4th floor under, PS, Siliguri (.) After informing I/C Siliguri PS, he along with raiding team left for Ashrampara Saroda Mani Road to work out the information (.) On reaching, they cordoned the spot (.) During raid, they apprehended the persons who disclosed their identity as 1) Sandip Biswas (46) @ Chatka s/o Sanat Biswas r/o Ashrampara Saroda Mani Road, Bandhana Apartment 2) Pinki Saha Chowdhury (42) w/o Sandip Biswas @ Chatka of do and during search, recovered i) 400 amples of phenergan injection, ii) 150 amples of Diazepam injection, iii) 10 bottles of Rexley Cough Syrup, iv) 6600 of printed sticker of Buprenorphine injection IP from their room which was kept concealed (.) On demand, they failed to produce any valid document in support of storing of huge quantity of restricted drugs (.)
