Siliguri PS Case No 747/22 Dated 06/08/22 U/S 21(c) of NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint of SI Sumit Rawat of Siliguri PS to the effect that on 06/08/22 at about 07.35 hrs after receiving source information & after getting order from superior he along with other officers and force had been to Siliguri Trading Corporation, near Jalpaimore, under Siliguri PS and in presence independent witnesses detained one Rashidul Hossain (28) S/o Badiar Rahaman of West Khaterbari Gadalerbari, PS- Mathabhanga, Dist- Coochbehar and after arriving and under supervision of Executive Magistrate recovered and seized i) 275 grams Brown Sugar ii) Cash of Rs 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) from his Black colour bag without any valid documents and arrested him accordingly duly videograph the entire process (.)
