BHAKTINAGAR PS CASE NO. 913/22, Dated: 22.08.2022, U/S-21 (c)/22 (c)/25/29 of NDPS Act. Started instant case over the written complaint of SI Rantu Haldar of Bhaktinagar PS, SPC to the effect that on 22.08.2022 about 19:25 hrs on the source information of SOG, SPC he along with other officer and force and SOG team had been to Sevoke Road, Opp Sachitra Hotel, under Bhaktinagar PS and they intercepted one motor cycle bearing No WB 74BE-2596 and detained two youth who disclosed their identity as 1] Krijan Chetri (21yrs) S/O K.B Chettri of BSF more, Salugara PS- Bhaktinagar, Dist. Jalpaiguri and 2] Nirmal Sharma (35yrs) S/O Gopal Sharma of 8th mile, PS+Dist Kalingpong. On interrogation they confessed that they are possessing the contraband Narcotic articles inside their bags. Further searched their bags in presence of Sri Gyalsen Lepcha ACP Traffic(HQ) as a special Executive Magistrate and recovered the following contraband Narcotic articles such as:- 1) 18 (Eighteen) strips of Winspasmo-Forte capsules and each strips containing 08 Pieces total 18X8-144 Pieces which composition with Tramadol hydrochloride-1P 50 mg Aeetaminophen 1P 325mg & Dicyclomine Hydrochloride 1P 10mg, 2) 20 (Twenty) pieces of Vials of DIAZEPAM INJECTION each vial containing 02 ML, 3) 20 (Twenty) pieces of Vials of PHENERGAN INJECTION each vial containing 02 ML, 4) 20 (Twenty) pieces of Vials LUPIGESIC INJECTION each vial containing 02 ML. On demand they failed to produce any valid papers/documents in support of possessive the above noted contraband Narcotic. Accordingly the complainant seized the above noted articles in presence of Executive Magistrate Sri Gyalsen Lepcha ACP Traffic (HQ), SPC and independent witnesses under proper seizure list and arrested the above noted two arrest persons after observing all rules and formalities.
