BHAKTINAGAR PS (ASGH OP) CASE NO. 864/22, Dated: 11.08.2022, U/S- 379/411/414 IPC. Started instant case over the written complaint of. SI Pradip Kumar Singha of Ashighar OP under Bhaktinagar PS, SPC to the effect that on 11.08.2022 at about 06:55 hrs in force of his night mobile van duty, he received a source information that two (02) persons of Majhabari area are packing some parts (tools) of stolen motor cycle in a big size bag for selling the same illegally. Accordingly the complainant along with his accompanied force had been to Majhabari area and as per identified his source they apprehended two (02) persons who disclosed their name and identity as Arjun Das (20) S/o Andu Des Arjun of Purba Majhabari, Near Jarmel Academy), PO- Dabgram-II, PS Bhaktinagar Dist Jalpaiguri and Niranjan Das (50) S/o Lt Nil Kanta Das of Purba Majhabari, (Near Prymari Schion. PO-Dabgram-II, PS Bhaktinagar Dint Jalpaiguri. On being searched the complainant required (i) One Motor Cycle Engine set having Engine No JEGBTH09869 (ii) Two pcs wheel Rim including tyre and tube set. (iii)Two pcs looking glass of Motor Cycle (iv) Two pcs foot rest rod of Motor Cycle (v) Two pcs broken front side shocker of Motor Cycle. (vi) Two pcs broken rear side shocker of Motor Cycle. (vii) One pcs handle TOP plate of Motor Cycle (viii) one big size jute bag. On being demand they failed to produce any documents/papers in support ef said Motor cycle parts. On interrogation Arjun Das confessed that he stolen one Motor Cycle and bring the same to Niranjan Das for selling its. Then accused Niranjan Das purchased the said motor Cycle and splitting all parts of said stolen motor cycle jointly. Accordingly the complainant seized the said parts of stolen Motor Cycle under proper seizure list after observed all rules and formalities and arrested the above noted accused persons.
