Matigara PS Case No- 621/2022, Dated –27.05.2022, U/S-21(C) NDPS Act: Started over the written complainant of SI Uday Chakraborty of Matigara PS, SPC to the effect that on 27.05.2022 at about 14.10 hrs onwards acting upon a specific source input arrested four accused persons namely (i) Sola Khan (36 yrs) S/O Late Rufu Khan of Matigara Bazar, PS-Matigara, Dist.- Darjeeling (ii) Md Idris Ali (31 yrs) S/O Md Halim of Biswas Colony, PS- Matigara, Dist.- Darjeeling (iii) Ruksana Begam (28 yrs) W/O Md Idris Ali of Biswas Colony, PS- Matigara, Dist.- Darjeeling and (iv) Kalpana Khatoon (35 yrs) W/O Imamul Hoque of Dulupur, Bhatinda Gram, PS- Raiganj, Dist.- Uttar Dinajpur (not verified) from Biswas Colony under PS- Matigara, Dist.- Darjeeling contravening the norms of NDPS Act and also seized a total of 490 (Four hundred ninety gram) grams brown sugar and other articles from their exclusive [.] P.O Biswas Colony P.S - Matigara, Dist – Darjeeling [.] Arrest- 4 (.)
