Pradhan Nagar PS Case No. 340/2022 dtd.09.05.2022 U/S 18/21 (c)/22(c)/27A/ 28/29 of NDPS Act 1985. written Complaint of S.I Norbu Wangdi Dukpa of STF, West Bengal to the effect that on 09.05.2022 at about 12:55 hrs he received a specific source info that a person will smuggle a huge quantity of brown sugar and he will reach Tenzing Norgey bus terminus in order to sell the same to his associates, Accordingly he share the Info to Biswas Roy Sarkar, STF, WB, HQ at Siliguri, After Obtaining permission from Superior He along with S.I Shambik Majumder, along with other officers and force move out from STF HQ to Tenzing Norgey bus terminus apprehended two persons namely (i) Abdul Rouf (M-30) S/O Ataur Rahaman of Subash Pally, P.O+ P.S Lalgola, Dist. Murshidabaad 742148 and (ii) MD. Sahidul Islam (35) S/O Md. Abdur Rajjak of Vill Uttar Latiberp [ara, P.O Bansgara, P.s Lalgola, Dist. Murshidabaad 742148, and recovered Total 1.530 Kgs of Brown colour powder, suspected to be Brown Sugar was recovered from their possession.
