Prahan Nagar PS Case No. 243/2022 dtd. 04.04.2022 U/S 25(1) (a)/27 of The Arms Act 1959 written Complaint of PSI Kalyan Saha of Pradha Nagar PS to the effect that on 04.04.2022 at 20:35 hrs apprehended two person namely (1) Ashish Praja @ Camron (27), S/O. Lt. RamuPraja of Sukna, Part No. 1, P.S. – Kurseong, Dist. – Darjeeling and (2) Arjun Chhetri (25) S/O. Nar Bahadur Chhetri of 4th Mile, P.S. – Kalimpong, Dist. – Kalimpong, A/P – Pati Colony, Gallu No. 2, P.S. – Pradhan Nagar, Dist. - Darjeeling (.) On searching the said persons he recovered i) 1(one) iron made improvised fire arms (Single Shooter) measuring about approx 9.4’’ (approx) ii) 01(one) round live ammunition which was loaded in the improvised fire arms & iii)1(one) iron made improvised fire arms (Single Shooter) measuring about approx 8.9’’(approx) iv) 01(one) round live ammunition which was loaded in the improvised fire arms [.] IO: SI Khela Murmu (.)
