BHAKTINAGAR PS CASE NO. 275/22, Dated: 12.03.2022 U/S 21(c)/22(c) of NDPS Act (SPL Act). Started over the written complaint of SI Tamjid Ali of Bhaktinagar PS, SPC that on 12.03.2022 at about 18.15 hrs on the source information he along with force had been Haiderpara and detained one Ashok Sharma (47) s/o Late Debendar Sharma of Asrampara, Uddham Singh Sarani Road, Near Jewel Club, Ward No. 13, PS Siliguri, Dist. Darjeeling. On prolong interrogation he confessed that he is possessing huge quantity of restricted Narcotics drugs with him without any valid documents for the purpose of selling to the local drug peddlers at Siliguri for his illegal gain. Further the complainant informs to Sri Amaresh Singh I/C Bhaktinagar PS/SPC and requested him to present at spot as a Gazetted officer during searched and seizure if any. After arrival of Sri Amaresh Singh I/C Bhaktinagar PS/SPC as a Gazetted officer searched his garage and recovered 1] Forty (40) strips of Winspasmo Forte capsules composition of Tramadol HCL IP 50mg, Acetaminophen IP 325 mg & Dicyclomine HCL IP 10mg (Manufactured and marketed in India by Windlas Biotech Private Limited (Plant-2), Khasra No. 141 to 143 & 145 Mohabewala Indl. Area, Dehradun- 248110 (U.K) each strips containing Ten (10) pieces of capsules [Total 40x10= 400 Capsules] packed labelled. 2] Seven (07) Strips of AKS –PRIMEVAN Capsules composition of Tramadol HCL IP 50mg, Acetaminophen IP 325 mg & Dicyclomine HCL IP 10mg (Manufactured by Digital Vision (An ISO &GMP Certified Company) 176, Mauza Ogli, Nahan Road, Kala Amb, Dist. Sirmour (H.P) -173030 ) each strips containing Twenty Four (24) pieces of capsules [ Total 07x24=168 pieces of Capsules] 3] Two Hundred and Forty One pieces of blue colour loose capsules written Windlas Winspasmo Forte which was kept inside one transparent Polythene Bag. On demand he failed to produce any valid documents in respect of the said articles. Subsequently as per direction of Sri Amaresh Singh I/C Bhaktinagar PS/SPC as a Gazetted officer, the complainant seized the same under proper seizure list and arrested him under proper memo of arrest.
