BHAKTINAGAR PS CASE NO. 260/22, Dated: 05.03.2022, U/S 46 (A)(c) B. E. Act (B.E. Act)- Started over the written complainant ASI Rabin Lama of Bhaktinagar PS under Siliguri Police Commissionerate to the effect that on 05.03.2022 at evening on the acting on the source information he along with force had been to Baneswar More, Ektiasal under Bhaktinagar PS and intercepted one Vijay Sharma(46) Ram Prakash Sharma of Baneswar More, Ektiasal under Bhaktinagar PS, Dist: Jalpaiguri and recovered 23(twenty three) bottles of Royal Star Whisky each bottles containing 750 ML. (Total- 17.25 ltrs) from his shop which was possessing without any valid papers for the purpose of selling to the local customer for his wrongful gain. Accordingly the complainant seized the same under proper seizure list and arrested the accused person after explaining ground of arrest. I.O: PSI Sailesh Subba. Arrest: 01(one).
