Bagdogra PS Case No 102/2022 Dtd, 15.02.2022 u/s 21 (c) of the NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint of SI Dipankar Chakraborty of Bagdogra PS, to the effect that on 15.02.2022 at 12.40 hrs in course of secret source information he along with available officer and force held raid at Bihar More near Bus Stoppage and apprehended (1) Md Alam Momin (49) s/o Lt. Majibar Rahaman of Shersahi near Gosaipara Primary School PS Kaliachak Dist. Malda and (2) Dhruba Raj chettri (48) s/o Lt. Jeet Bahadur Chettri of Ramdhanjote Quarter PS Kharibari Dist. Darjeeling with one Scooty having No. WB-74-BB/3659 during raid one person managed to flee away from the spot namely Abhishek Chettri s/o Dhrubo Raj Chettri of Ramdhanjote PS Kharibari (.) On search in presence of Special Executive Magistrate on the day Shri Narendra Kalicotay, ACP, SB, SPC, Siliguri and independent witnesses 1) One zipper transparent thin plastic packet containing 200 grms said to be brown sugar recovered from the possession of Md Alam Momin (49) and one Mobile phone model SAMSUNG DUOS with SIM connection No. 7047907443 and 2) One zipper transparent thin plastic packet in contents 300 grms said to be brown sugar recovered from the possession of Dhruba Raj chettri (48) and one Android Mobile phone model SAMSUNG with SIM connection No. 9002351848 with scooty styled as YAMALUBE ENEOS (.) On asking they confessed their guilt in presence of Special Executive Magistrate and other witnesses that they with said Abhishek Chettri jointly procured the said brown sugar clandestinely from Kaliachak , Malda for the purpose of selling the same to the youths of Bagdogra and Siliguri area to earn huge money illegally (.) On demand the failed to produce any valid documents in support of possessing and carrying of huge quantity of NDPS substance of Brown Sugar (.)
