Act Started over the written complainant of SI Kamal Kumar Sarkar of Bhaktinagar PS under Siliguri Police Commissionerate that on 04.02.2022 at 19.45 hrs on the acting on the source information he along with force had been Iskon Mandir Road, under Bhaktinagar PS and intercepted one Arun Kumar Das (63) S/o Lt Mohan Das of Champasari, Pramod Nagar, Ward no 46,PS Pradhan Nagar, Dist: Darjeeling and recovered 1. Twenty Five (25) Bottles of Himalyan Gold 60 UP Country Spirit each bottle containing 600ml. 2. Six (06) Bottles of Officers Choice Deluxe Whisky each Bottle containing 180 ml. (Total- 17 Liters) from his possession which was possessing without any valid papers for the purpose of selling to the local customer for his wrongful gain.
