Shekhar Adhikary of Matigara P.S, SPC who along with other officers and force acting on source information on 29.08.2021 at 12.25hrs onwards seized (i) One transparent plastic packet containing 190 grams of brown sugar, (ii) One Redmi note 9 pro Mobile having IMEI No.869009043850 and 8690090438500739 including one SIM having connection No.8327096026, (iii) One White colour Activa Scooty having registration number WB74W 3535, Engine No. JC44E1612265 and Chassis No. ME4JC448JB8501220, (iv) One piece of paper having calculation, (v) Cash rupees 1,35,000/- [Rupees one lakh and thirty-five thousand] only in Indian Currency Note from the conscious and joint possession of 1) Sanket Misra (26), S/O- Shibananda Misra of Ghorapith lake garden, PO- Rathbari, PS- Englishbazar, Dist- Malda and 2) Bapi Sharma (28), S/O- Robi Sharma of Bagdogra Masjitpara, PO+PS- Bagdogra, Dist- Darjeeling (not verified) at Phansidewa more under Matigara PS area and also arrested them for contravening the norms of NDPS Act (.)
