Bagdogra PS, case no 328/2021 Dtd, 15.07.2021 u/s 21(b)(ii)(c) NDPS Act and 188/286 IPC R/W Sec 26 of WBFS Act 1950 was started over the written complaint of Sri Arijit De, Senior Joint Commissioner State Tax Bureau of Investigation, North Bengal, Head Quarter Siliguri to the effect that on 14.07.21 around 04.30 am at near Bagdogra the complainant along with others officials attached to the Bureau of investigation (North Bengal) head quarter Siliguri intercepted one truck bearing RC No JK02AQ/2986 carrying with mixed consignment of goods loaded from Kolkata and bound for Agartala. On physical verification of the goods loaded in the vehicle was initiated in presence of the driver of the above noted vehicle Sri Sujit Singh huge quantity of i) 4800 bottle of Eskuf Cough Syrup, ii) 40320 Pcs Spasmo Proxyvon Plus Capsule, iii) 78776 Pcs Fire Crackers iv) One truck RC No JK02AQ/2986 and on verification the above noted articles is prohibited NDPS drugs.
