over the written complaint of   SI Ganesh Ch Saha of Pradhan Nagar PS
, SMP to the effect that on 06/10/16 at 05.05 hrs received secret source
information that three persons  are suspiciously residing at the house of
Bijoy Subba S/o Lt Dil Bahadur Subba of  Tea Auction Road , Assam railgate
, PS- Pradhan Nagar , Dist- Darjeeling as a tenant . The said persons possess
huge quantity of Explosive Substances, kept with them with a view to commit
some untoward incidents in the Siliguri area and they could be caught red
handed, if apprehended immediately. Accordingly the complainant along with
other officers and force held raid and recovered huge quantity of Explosives.
On demand the accused persons failed to produce any documents .Accordingly the
complainant seized the same and arrested the accused persons 1]  Dawa
