Pradhan Nagar PS case No. 342/2021 dtd. 30.05.2021 U/S 21(c) NDPS Act(.) Started over the written Complaint of SI Samik Paul, Pradhan Nagar PS, SPC that on on 30.05.2021 at 18:40 hrs he received secret source information that one person named Md Sahil Sk @ Seru is carrying a good quantity of Brown Sugar from Normada bagan Side in his possession by a scooty bearing reg no. WB 74AU 2315 which is to be sell the same at Siliguri area. Accordingly he along with other officers and force with the I.O Kit including weighing machine etc. arrived at Champasari more and called two independent witnesses. Source pointed towards a person who was coming from Normada bagan Side suspiciously with a blue colour Scotty. They cordoned the said person from all sides to avoid any chance of him fleeing away and contacted to the Sri Subasisi Chaki ,I/C Pradhannagar PS SPC for come to the spot to supervise the entire process. After maintaining all the formalities of search and seizure search was conducted and recovered i) 257 grms of Broun Sugar, which marked as Exhibit-A, (ii) Cash Rs. 24000 /-(Twenty Four thousand) having denomination i.100 x 120,ii.50 x 160 (iii)10 x 400 (iii) One Activa Scooty (Blue color) having Reg. No-WB 74 AU 2315 (iv) One Small electronic weighing machine (v) One Small plastic Spoon.(vi)One VIVO mobile phone having IMEI1:866066037114596,IMEI2: 866066037114588. Accordingly he seized the recovered articles under proper seizure list duly signed by the witneses and took sample from the recovered brown Sugar & finally the person namely Md Sahil Sk @ Seru S/O Lt Saheb Sk of Champasari Anchal ,Normada bagan ,P.S-Pradhannagar,Dist.Darjeeling was arrested [.] IO: SI Binup Mahato (.)
