BHAKTINAGAR PS(ASGH OP) CASE NO. 587/2021 Dated: 31.05.2021 U/S 20 (b) (ii) (C) NDPS Act == Started over the written complaint of SI Swapan Ghosh of Ashighar OP, Bhaktinagar PS, Siliguri Police Commissionerate to the that on 31.05.2021 at 17.45 hrs in perusing to source information, he along with force had been to Baneshwar More under Bhaktingar PS and being shown by the source the complainant detained two accused persons namely 1) Samir Roy ( 21 years ) S/O Sri Hira Mohan Roy of Dakshin Ektiasal Hut PO Sevoke road PS Bhaktinagar Dist. Jalpaiguri and (2) Umesh Roy ( 26 years ) , S/O Sri Karma Roy of Bholanath Para,Near Siliguri Club PS Bhaktinagar Dist Jalpaiguri and in presence of Gazetted officer Sri Amaresh Singh I/C Bhaktinagar PS/SPC, searched all the two persons and recovered 24.600 Kgs said to be Ganja wrapped with black color Plastic from their join possession [.] On demand they failed to produce any documents in respect of the said Ganja [.] So the complainant seized all the Ganja from their possession and also arrested above mention accused persons under proper memo of arrest [.] I.O.: SI Pradip Kumar Singha of Ashighar OP [.] Arrest: Two [02].
