Matigara PS Case No- 430/21 DTD 31.05.21 u/s U/S- 21 (C) of NDPS Act Started over the written complaint of S.I. Shekhar Adhikary of Matigara P.S, SPC who producing four arrested accused persons namely i) Wasim Akram (27), S/O- Md. Safik SK, (ii) Ansarul Momin (28), S/O- Lt. Badru Momin, (iii) Md. Saddam Hossain (28), S/O- Lt. Dider Hossain all of Baliadanga, PO – Baliadanga, PS- Kaliachak, Dist- Malda and (iv) Smt. Sonam Sah (21), W/O- Md. Nazir of Biswas Colony, Railgate, PO+PS- Matigara, Dist- Darjeeling (not verified) along with [i] One transparent plastic packet containing 1200 grams brown sugar which was kept in a black colour school bag over which “SL” was encrypted which was inside the vehicle having number plate WB- 26 T-1322 and marked as “Exhibit-A”, [ii] One transparent pouch containing 20 grams of brown sugar taken out as sample from “Exhibit A” for examination and marked as “Exhibit A-1”, [iii] One black coloured school bag marked as “Exhibit- B”, [iv] One i-20 Asta (Hundai) vehicle having number plate- WB- 26 T-1322 and [v] Cash rupees 2,00,000/- [Rupees Two lacs] only in Indian Currency Note to the effect that on 31.05.2021 at 14.55 hrs acting on source information he seized the above noted Brown sugar and also arrested the above noted accused persons near By Pass More under Matigara PS area for contravening the norms of NDPS Act (.)
