Matigara PS Case No- 196/2021 Dated- 20.03.2021 U/S 21 (c) of NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint of SI Shekhar Adhikary of Matigara PS, SPC who producing two arrested accused persons namely i) Nejaul SK (26), S/O- Malek Sk and (ii) Sarjahan SK (32), S/O- Salam SK both of Jorpukuria, PO- Jafargunj, PS- Farakka, Dist. Murshidabad along with seized articles (i) One transparent plastic packet containing 1000 grams brown sugar kept in a multi colour (black and blue) school bag being carried by accused Nejaul SK and marked as Exhibit-A, (ii) One transparent pouch containing 20 grams brown sugar taken as sample from exhibit “A” for examination and marked as Exhibit “A-I” (iii) One transparent plastic packet containing 1000 grams brown sugar kept in a multi colour (blue and grey) school bag being carried by accused Sarjahan SK and marked as Exhibit- “B” , (iv) One transparent pouch containing 20 grams brown sugar taken as sample from exhibit “B” for examination and marked as Exhibit “B-I”, (v) One multi colour (black and blue) school bag in which exhibit “A” was kept and marked as exhibit “C” (vi) One multi colour (blue and grey) school bag in which exhibit “B” was kept and marked as exhibit “D”. to the effect that on 20.03.2021 at about 14.35 hrs acting on source information he along with force had been to Paul Para More, near Balason Bridge and conducted raid and seized total (1000 + 1000)=2000 grams of brown sugar and labelled in presence of Gazetted Officer namely Sri Pasang Topgay Bhutia, ACP, Traffic, West from the possession of accused persons (.) They are failed to produce any valid documents in r/o said seized articles (.) After that he arrested the above noted persons for contravening the norms of NDPS Act (.) The whole process of seizure was made in between 00.15 hrs to 01.25 hrs (.)Arrest- 02 (.) I.O- S.I. Basudeb Guha (.) Investigation is proceeding (.)
