over the written complaint of SI Ganesh Ch Saha of Pradhan nagar PS , SMP
against one Rahul Dutta (27) S/o Dipak Dutta C/o Anil Das of NJP Bhaktinagar ,
PS- NJP , Dist- Jalpaiguri to the effect that on 25/10/16 at about 0010 hrs as
per source information the complainant apprehended the above noted accused
persons at Siliguri Junction. During search one bundle of FICN is containing 41
pcs notes having denomination of Rs 500/- each total amounting to Rs 20500/-
was seized from the accused person. Then after the accused persons were
