against one Sudhir Sarkar@Mandal@Ghosh (33) S/o Jogindra Sarkar of Chaipara ,
Near Mondai , PS- Baishnab nagar , Dist- Malda and Pradip Gagoi @ Rajen (49)
S/o Lt Juneswar Gogai of Tantipothar village , PS- Joypur , Dist- Dibrugar ,
Assam to the effect that on 15/10/16 at about 0525 hrs as per source
information the complainant apprehended the above noted accused persons at
Darjeeling More. During search one bundle of FICN containing 14 pcs notes
having denomination of Rs 500/- each amounting to Rs 7000/- and 12 pcs note
having denomination of Rs 1000/- each amounting to Rs 12000/- was seized from
the possession of Sudhir sarkar and one bundle of FICN containing 50 Pcs notes
having denomination of Rs  500/- each amounting to Rs 25000/- was seized
from the Pradip Gogoi. Then after the accused persons were arrested after
explaining the ground of arrest.
