Bagdogra PS Case No 526 / 2020 date 22.08.2020 U/S 20(b)(ii)(c) NDPS Act has been registered over the written complaint of SI Bapi Ch Dey of Bagdogra P.S, SPC to the effect that on 22.08.2020 at 14.45 hrs received a secret source information that one Silver color Four wheeler car in TC number WB-12 TC/0593 styled as EON along with two persons including driver was carrying and transporting huge quantity of Narcotics substance seems to be Ganja coming from Ghosh Pukur side for Siliguri (.) Accordingly, he along with other officer and force had been to Gosainpur and started special checking in a convenient place keeping watch on the said car (.) In course of special Checking, at around 15.45 hrs said car styled as EON seeing the police the driver tried to flee away, somehow they managed and apprehended the vehicle (.) On search in presence of two disinterested witnesses and gazetted officer Shri Narendra Kalicote, ACP East-II, SPC and under his supervision the above noted apprehended persons were searched maintaining all formalities and as per leading statement of driver Suraj Paswan and others one found and recovered three numbers of different Packets concealed in the Car backside dickey (.) All Packets were taken out from the Car and on counting there were 3 (three) packets seems to be NDPS substance Ganja weighing two packets each 8 kgs and 01 packet 7.500 kgs tide in green coloured Plastic Packet wrapped with transparent Cello Tape (.) On demand, they were failed to produce any relevant documents in support of the Ganja concealed in their Car in back side dickey (.) Accordingly, he also seized 01 (one) Silver color Four wheeler car TC number WB-12 TC/0593 styled as EON having engine no G3HAJM563007 and Chassis no MALA351ALJM610054 with key and Indian Currency in different denomination total Rs. 3,95,100/- (Three lacks ninety five thousand one hundred) (Rs, 2000x11= Rs, 22,000/=, Rs, 500x614 = Rs, 3,07,000/=, Rs, 200x16 = Rs, 3,200/=, Rs,100x518 = Rs, 51,800/=, Rs. 50x62 = Rs. 3,100/= Rs, 20x181= Rs, 3,620/=, Rs, 10x438 = Rs, 4,380/=) recovered and seized from the possession of arrested accused namely Uttam Roy @ Bappa (25) s/o Lt. Anil Roy of Iskcon Mandir Road Ektiasal, PS Bhaktinagar, 2) Suraj Paswan (24) s/o Pradip Paswan of Eastern Bypass, Khola Chand Fapri, PS Bhaktinagar under proper seizure list and arrested them (.)
