Started on the written complaint of SI Sumit Sarkar, OC Fulbari Immigration Check Post , Siliguri Metropolitan Police on that on 15-10-15 at about 13.40 Hrs an unknown person was moving suspiciously near Fulbari ICP Office Gate [.] On asking he disclosed his identity as Md Abdul Hossain @ Abul Hossain (40) s/o Saher Ali of Dohara, a Bangladesh national (.)
