3/5/6/7 ITPA Complainant: - Inspr. Sanjay Ghosh of DD, SPC Gist:- On 26.11.18  at 18.45 hrs on the on the tips of secret source input the team
of DD, SPC arrested two persons namely 1) Shashwata Saha (43 year) S/O Lt. Sunil
Kumar Saha of 15 Tarashankar road , Deshbandhu Para, PS ;- Siliguri , Dist-
Darjeeling  and 2) Rina Riba (34 year)
D/O Lt. Eri Riba of vill- daring busty, PS Basar, Dist- west seang ( Arunachal
Pradesh)an input was received reg. prostitution at different  SPAs of Planet Mall under Bhaktinagar PS .
Accordingly raid was conducted at a shop styled as “Bella Nail Family Saloon and
Spa” shop no- F-09 at the first floor of Planet Mall. In course of raid one
male and one female person were found in an objectionable position and some
condoms were found in the same room. On interrogation they stated contradictory
statements about their stay in SPA and relationship. There was every reason to believe
that they had hired the SPA for illicit activity. IO: Inspr. Pritam Singh
